Our Company , Unitrans Ltd., started its business in 2005 as the subsidiary company of Gdynia Shipyard S.A. when the staff and technical facilities of former Transport, Machining and Prefabrication departments of the parent company were merged into the new company, set up within the process of restructuring business of the shipyard. Being the new legal entity we base our technical experience on the long tradition and expertise of Gdynia Shipyard, reputable partner in the shipbuilding business for many years.

Since the beginning we have committed ourselves to timely and professionally build steel constructions ,render high quality machining services as well as servicing all the companies belonging to Gdynia Shipyard Group with our technical and special transport facilities. Within the object of the Company we also intend to develop the business of building ship sections and that pertaining to servicing the means of transport, The latter activity is due to include the services rendered to individual customers with the company being the authorized dealer of reputable manufacturers.

We are currently employing about 300 employees. In addition, we cooperate with many subcontractors enjoying good reputation in the local industry. Our technical capacities and qualified personnel enable us to meet all the requirements of our customers.
